Good afternoon, Eagle Families!
This is an update regarding an initiative being undertaken by Nash County Public Schools as part of its Strategic Plan. NCPS is seeking input from scholars and parents related to School Climate, Teacher-Student Relationships, School Safety, and expectations. In support of this, scholars at ECHS will be afforded the opportunity to participate in an online survey from December 2nd through 6th as part of their AVID class. The survey will take approximately 20 minutes. If you do not want your scholar to participate in the survey, you are asked to contact our receptionist at 252.451.2890 or via email at dmcopeland@ncpschools.net no later than November 25, 2024. AVID teachers will share a document via Rooms containing a link allowing you to preview the questions.
The NCPS Central Office will soon provide information about the parent/guardian survey that will be shared. As always, we value your input as a stakeholder in your scholar(s) 's education and hope that you and your scholar(s) will participate.
Regards,
Principal McGeachy
