Staff decorated pumpkins for our Pumpkin Contest! 1 vote cost .25 cents. The pumpkins are on display for students and staff to see in our main lobby by the office. We will also have voting the night of our TrunkORTreat!


Monday, October 30, we are having a Trunk or Treat Report Card Pickup Night from 6 pm until 7:30pm. We are in need of candy to assist with distributing to our families and community members. Please consider donating candy to this free event. We will begin in the Multipurpose Room, and you will walk around the 3rd grade hall and exit the main door of the lobby.

Good morning, Englewood families! This is a reminder that school will release early today at 1:00 p.m. Students who are car riders must be picked up at 1:00 p.m. Also, someone must be home to receive all students who ride the bus. Again we release at 1:00 p.m. today. Please make arrangements for early release.


Englewood Elementary raises money for the United Way Tar River Region every year. As incentives for staff donations this year EES had some AMAZING door prizes donated. We wanted to thank all of our donors this year!

Tomorrow (Tuesday, 10/10/2023) is our Hat Day to raise money for United Way! Students and staff can wear a hat (no hoodies) for a $1 donation.
